Some N.J. Polling Places Switch to Paper Ballots (NJ)

Some voters in New Jersey are using paper ballots to cast their votes in the state's primary election today. Elections officials say a problem with an encoder in the electronic voting machines forced some polling places in Warren County to make the switch back to paper ballots. They say the electronic machines kept giving them malfunctioning errors.
