One elections manager told the Board that it takes 3 or 4 elections before there are no longer any problems. / Suffolk Co. New York officials are suing to keep their lever machines. / Maryland will use the e-poll books even though it took three software patches and the inclusion of a mouse, none of which have been certified federally.
