E-voting failures cause long lines, disenfranchise voters. The chart below shows some of the wait times reported in the news.* A few e-voting locations not shown here provided paper ballots when there were too few machines. At many e-voting locations, voters were unable to wait for an available machine and had to return later or give up their right to vote.
