Hazard: Surface paint on the body of the bobble head contains lead in excess of the federal lead paint standard.
Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using the football bobble heads immediately and contact DecoPac to receive a free product of equal value.

Remedy: Consumers should keep the ornament away from young children and return it to any J.C. Penney store for a full refund.

Units Sold: Hundreds of thousands
Hazard: Vote-counting accuracy, machine reliability, software coding practices, configuration management, and more — all in violation of federal standards — could cause the death of democracy in the U.S.
Incidents/Injuries: Hundreds of incidents reported in the news, by voters, and by poll worker. Lawsuits filed in multiple states by voters.
Remedy: Election officials should stop using the machines immediately, and governments that purchased the machines should sue their vendors for a full refund.

Take Action. It's time to call for accountability in the machinery of our electoral system. Please sign the petition in support of VoterAction's call for Congressional investigations into blatant and destructive commercial fraud in the electronic voting machine industry.
